2nd night of a B2B but no Ant, and 30 minutes in delays from fouls and the clock failing (again, Tillman put some money into the arena). You’re just happy to win, especially with how this team has trended. Glad the team found the energy to comeback in the 4th despite being on tired legs. Hopefully they start to pick it up and the stain of the past several losses doesn’t follow them into ASB. Even if they’re still not making shots.

I don't think a lot can be taken from this game for either team. No Ant so Wolves didn't have a "give the ball to Ant" as a play in the playbook. When Gobert was struggling from the FT line it would have been helpful to go small ball and let Julius wrestle Sengun down low. On the other hand, give the ball to Durant or Sengun seemed like the ONLY play for the Rockets. If they don't figure out offense outside of that teams will solve them quick in the playoffs.

We won despite Ime's insistence on icing Reed for whatever reason. His questionable choice of lineups is straight-up criminal. Okogie is great defensively, and he did work on the defensive end. However, he should NOT have twice the minutes of Reed. This is just insane. Not just from a perspective of winning, but this is going to continue to stunt Reed's development, especially when we're going to need him to step up in the playoffs. Kevin Durant carried us through in the end, and Sengun, despite early struggles, did very well despite his injuries. Even if Bari was ass on offense, he never let that bother him, and he kept playing defense. Of course, Amen was Amen this game, just not as hot as he was beforehand.

This is probably the worst win I've seen in a while. This could have been a blowout, but the free throws weren't landing. Worse yet, the problem you brought up highlights my biggest issue with Ime. Defense is just one side of the fucking ball. Like, FFS!!! Let Reed play! He's defensively neutral statistically, and he can be hidden well. Come the fuck on.

Then just shit all over him saying he has to cover for him SO until he deems him solid on defense then they basically can't play him. Dude is sabotaging him. He needs to go. Can't run an offense. Defense got exposed but won't adapt. Doesn't know how to lineups and rotations. Refuses to be held accountable

Baris offensive slump is just really amplified when you also have Okogie out there playing 30+ minutes. Plus DFS filling in another 15 still slumping. That's too many offensive black holes on the court for too much of the game. Until Bari regains his mojo and gets his shot back we gotta be putting Reed and maybe JD out there more and Okogie out there less
